Citi Insider provides web development, digital marketing, and other IT-related services. All services are delivered strictly according to the project scope agreed upon with the client.

2. Project Agreement

Each project begins only after final confirmation of requirements, pricing, and receipt of the initial payment. Any changes or additions to the project scope may result in adjustments to both cost and delivery timeline.

3. Payments

Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed milestones or project terms. Once a project has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, content, and timely feedback required for project completion. Any delay in communication may affect the project timeline.

5. Revisions

Revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Any additional changes or new requirements beyond the original scope will be charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Citi Insider reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Citi Insider is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption, arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project in case of misuse, violation of terms, or non-payment by the client.

9. Changes to Terms

Citi Insider may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

10. Billing Terms

All services are categorized as either one-time payment or subscription-based, depending on the selected package.

One-Time Services: These services require a single payment at the time of purchase, with no recurring charges.
Subscription-Based Services: These services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually), depending on the selected package. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

By purchasing any service package, the client agrees to the billing structure associated with that package. All billing details, including payment frequency and renewal terms, are clearly mentioned in each package description.

11. Service Completion Timeframe

All services will begin after receipt of full or initial payment, as applicable. The completion timeframe depends on the selected package and will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Each package includes its own defined delivery timeline, and the service will be completed accordingly. Delivery times may vary depending on project scope, client responsiveness, and complexity. Any delays will be communicated in advance.
