Once a project is confirmed and payment is received, our team immediately begins the planning, research, design, and development process. Due to the time, effort, and resources invested from the very beginning, all payments made for active projects are considered non-refundable.

If a client wishes to cancel a project before any work has started, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis after mutual agreement. However, once the project has entered the design or development phase, no refunds will be issued for any completed or in-progress work.

We believe in client satisfaction and always encourage open communication. If there are any concerns or issues during the project, we are fully committed to making revisions and adjustments within the agreed project scope to ensure the best possible outcome.

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by client-side communication gaps, changes in requirements after project approval, or additional feature requests outside the original scope.
